Specially the background works with it, but that creates the problem of the colorless scheme. You could try playing with the shadows bit more or test our other backgrounds and see what works. There is defenately something that is missing, it might be the colors but can't be sure. Despite that i don't see any major problems with the portrait, but i can't see anything exeptional either. Quite fankly they freek me out and not in a good scary way, but in a what the **** is going on with them Colors work quite good with the background, even though you could try adding some more, but not a biggie thing. That makes me doubt if your happiness is genuine (Eve is real). I like the facial expression and the pose. The background could be something else, it does not fit in your well maintained clothing and hair (Not minmatar or piraty enough). I would also re/move the nose stud, in it's current state, it gathers too much attention from everything else. You got good minmatar there going on there with the obvious minnie background and vesting (it's quite default, but if it works).Hair coloring is nice with the white and back. Only thing that hits me as bad is your soul sucking eyes. I can just hear you saying camly and slowly "Give me your souls young one" If someone would stare me like that i would be scared for the safety of my soul.. Well, i would if i hadn't sold it.. Definitely #1 place disturbing/scary avatars i've seen here. I didn't even have a list for these, but now i have one. The makeup does not fit at all to a normal person, but it does fit perfectly to this. The glasses adds a nice touch of personality. The red and back is just perfect for this. The kind that if you get in to trouble, he will be the one dragging the baddies by their balls and tieing them to a lamppost. Ofc you will be next for getting in to trouble in the first place, but you know the best kind of father I do find the tattoo on the right cheek quite random and the the small pic does not do you well, maybe it's just me. I think that is quite close what you can do with the CC, but you have taking a hard thing to mimic in eve (Assuming i remember correctly what you are going for). You definitely have a good android thing going on there, although it is not something you can really shine in as for the lack of clothing to really support it. Personally i'm not too found of much darkness in avatars. They usually hide too much of it, but i guess it goes with the theme on this one. I will definitely give you props for taking a hard subject to go with. You definitely go above average. Where 10 being godlike, 5 being average and 1 being Large Collidable Object, I am going give you a good 7. It is not the best out there, but far from worst.
